Card on File
A valid card is required to secure all appointments. This card may be charged in accordance with our cancellation and no‑show policies.
Service Hold / Same‑Day Cancellation
Appointments canceled on the same day will be charged the full appointment fee.
Late Arrival
Please arrive on time. Arrivals 15 minutes late will incur a $15 late fee and may require rescheduling depending on availability.
No Guests
For safety and comfort, no guests are allowed. Individuals under 13 years old are not permitted in the service area.
No Call / No Show
A no‑call/no‑show will result in the full appointment fee being charged. Future bookings will be restricted. Communication is expected and appreciated.
